In this role, you will serve hand whisked matcha as well as Vietnamese coffee. Barista experience is appreciated but not required. We provide training for motivated people, however hospitality skills are required. Responsibilities No restroom cleaning is required for this position. Building management takes care of restroom as part of our rent. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair. Whisk matcha to order Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Operate POS systems such clover Manage food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating spaces. Assist in food preparation and serving of baked goods or light snacks as needed. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality. Follow all food safety regulations and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Support team members in daily operations, contributing to a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
