ONLY BARISTA EXPERIENCE PEOPLE NEEDED.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and handling, as well as the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
