About Us We are a fast-paced Vietnamese pho restaurant focused on serving authentic, high-quality food with excellent customer service. We are looking for reliable, hardworking server staff who can work efficiently in a team environment and help provide quality service, maintain organized and clean workspace, as well as make boba drinks and cashier. Responsibilities Cut and prepare fruits and vegetables Help team members Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of boba station and front of house of restaurant Follow food safety and hygiene standards Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels Wash boba equipment/dishes and assist with server closing/opening duties Work efficiently during busy meal periods Communicate and cooperate with kitchen and front-of-house staff Cash handling Qualifications Previous barista or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Knowledge of Vietnamese and Vietnamese cuisine is a plus
