About UsOpen Form is a design-forward cafe, wine bar, and event space in Capitol Hill. Rooted in the art of Persian hospitality, we focus on warm, attentive service and intentional gathering. As we continue to grow, we re expanding our team with hospitality-driven individuals who value craft, presence, and care. As a Barista/Bartender, you will play a key role in the guest experience, supporting daily cafe service as well as events and programming.

DetailsPart-time (around 12-15 hours)Monday & Tuesday reliably off (business is closed)Evening and weekend availability required.

Role & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings with precision and careCreate a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide an excellent customer-facing experienceOperate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactionsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and cafe in line with Open Form standardsAssist guests with orders and offer thoughtful recommendations based on preferences and dietary needsSupport inventory restocking and communicate shortages to managementCollaborate with the team during events, workshops, and private buyoutsQualifications (must have)MAST Certification (valid by start-date)ServSafe Food Handler (valid by start-date)Minimum 3 years experience working at a bar or cafe environment (ideal)Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, beverage quality, and presentationExcellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentQuick on your feet, adaptable, and accountable under low supervisionPassion for hospitality and creating a positive, inclusive space for everyoneNice-to-have (not required)Wine knowledge/experience in wine servicePractice in drink innovation
