Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks using POS systems such as Clover POS. Scoop ice cream and other frozen treats accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality presentation. Process retail sales transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments with precision. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas to uphold food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally. Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high-quality service. Skills Proven experience in food service or café environments with barista experience preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS for processing transactions smoothly. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate change processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
