Our Market Baristas will assist our guests in our gourmet café and market and will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders. Market Baristas will prepare food and beverage orders, provide quick and efficient dining options, and assist in cashiering items from the Market . As a member of the Market team, you will ensure all guests feel welcomed in your clean and inviting environment. If you've ever wanted to be part of your own coffee shop and market, this is the position for you! The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.58/hour to $23.03/hour. The starting rate for this position is $22.58/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years, which is currently $23.03/hour. This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest's discretion, as well as service charges on applicable orders.
