Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing at the end of shifts Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards Assist in food service tasks such as serving dishes, supporting banquets or catering events, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes, spirits, wine selections, and food safety protocols to enhance guest experience Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service while upholding quality standards Skills Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous experience is highly desirable Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail and accuracy in retail math and cash processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation Previous food industry experience including bartending, bar management or hospitality roles; fine dining or restaurant experience is a plus Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Basic math skills for cash management, retail math calculations, and food safety procedures Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy engaging with guests, and want to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
