We're currently looking for a barista to join our team in either a part-time or full-time capacity (minimum 25 hours/week). This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, values quality, and takes pride in the details. What your days will look like: Preparing espresso drinks and specialty beverages with consistency and care Creating a welcoming, memorable experience for each guest Learning our menu and understanding the standards behind what we serve Keeping the café clean, organized, and visually inviting Supporting the team and contributing to a positive work environment We think you'll be a great fit if you: Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role Have strong attention to detail and high standards Are friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Are interested in growing with a company long-term Are able to stand for extended periods of time Must be available to work weekends Pay & perks: Starting at $17.13/hour + tips (typically around $3/hour extra) Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Paid training Health, dental, and vision benefits available for full-time roles PTO eligibility We're proud of what we're building here and would love to bring on someone who's excited to be part of it!
