Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service in a fast-paced drive through coffee shop. Position will offer 18 hours per week. Applicants must be available to work weekends. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to company recipes and quality standards. Operate the POS system for order taking, payment processing, and customer transactions. Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and creating a welcoming environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café environment at all times, including dining areas, restrooms, counters, equipment, and workstations. Perform routine cleaning duties throughout each shift, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, taking out trash, stocking supplies, and deep-cleaning assigned areas. Follow all health, safety, and food-handling guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace. Assist with food preparation, stocking, and other operational tasks as needed. Requirements
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
- Must have a flexible schedule with availability to help cover shifts Not required but preferred
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in a coffee setting
