Interested in long-term employment , rather than looking for a job for only a month or two. Coffee Experience Coffee experience is a plus, but it is not required. We're willing to teach the right person the ins and outs of coffee, from brewing and preparation to service and the details that make specialty coffee special. What matters most to us is your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and passion for hospitality. If you love learning and enjoy crafting memorable experiences for people, we can teach you the coffee. Pay & Hours This position starts part-time while you complete training.

Base pay:

Minimum wage + tips Our team averages approximately $24-$28/hour including tips As you complete training and demonstrate that you're the right fit, additional hours can become available quickly We're looking for people interested in growing with the company and building a long-term career with us. Cross-Training & Growth We cross-train our team, so this position will eventually have the opportunity to work at both of our cafés. As we continue to grow, we want to grow alongside people who are dependable, motivated, and excited to take on new responsibilities. Parking Parking is handled individually by each team member.
