Job Description

Farine Bakery & Cafe brings the culture and cafe traditions of France and Belgium to the Seattle area through our house-baked pastries, bistro dining, specialty coffee, and handcrafted beverages - all rooted in quality, care, and the traditions that inspire us.

We're looking for an experienced Barista who is passionate about specialty coffee and excited to continue developing their craft and technique. You'll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where quality and consistency matter, while being part of a supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and a shared passion for what we do. We value curiosity, precision, creativity, and a commitment to continually elevating the cafe experience.

Through our partnership with Caffe Umbria and our broader coffee community, you'll have opportunities to experience the roasting and tasting processes, learn from industry professionals, and expand your knowledge of the coffee journey from bean to cup.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 1+ years of professional barista experience, preferably in specialty coffee, and high-volume cafesHas a genuine interest and foundation in specialty coffee, and is eager to deepen their technical knowledgeTakes pride in quality, consistency, and attention to detailWorks efficiently and confidently in a high-volume environmentBrings warmth and hospitality to every guest interactionCommunicates well and works collaborativelyIs reliable, adaptable, and motivated
