Biggby Coffee in Appleton is looking to bring 3 baristas on to our crew! This position offers flexible schedules and would be ideal for those who are looking to pick up a few hours doing something fun! At Biggby Coffee, we exist to love people, and live by this moto daily! A day in the life of a Biggby barista includes interacting and getting to know our customers, making great coffee drinks, completing daily and weekly maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness of the store, and helping the crew where needed. No experience is required!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare food and beverages accurately Cash handling Connect with customers Complete daily maintenance tasks to ensure store cleanliness Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English Exceptional attention to detail Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment A valid unrestricted driver's license and the ability to travel daily on store business Regular standing, reaching, stooping and walking Exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently Must comply with the franchise appearance & uniform policy
