Job Description
Fort HealthCare is a patient-centered hospital and healthcare system serving individuals, businesses and families in Jefferson, Dane, and Walworth Counties. We are seeking a Food Service Barista to join our Food Service Team.

The Barista performs various duties related to the coffee counter including beverage/food preparation and assembly, food portioning, customer service, and sanitation in the coffee area.Responsibilities of this position include:
Responsible for the coffee area's daily operation and service. Restocks all items including, but not limited to, paper products, coffee supplies, beverages, and food items. Prepares brewed coffee, bakery items, and other food items. Practices proper food handling procedures following the HACCP guidelines. Practices proper food storage and labeling. Checks dates to ensure that no items have expired. Ensures coffee machine and other equipment is operating properly. Records temperatures on log sheet daily. Enters work orders when needed. Operates cash register, balances register, makes deposits. Operates mobile ordering - tickets, balancing mobile orders from back of house. Secures the coffee area at end of shift and makes sure lock out of equipment has occurred. Is responsible for cleaning all equipment in coffee area, washing and sanitizing counters, shelves, cupboards, mopping, and sweeping daily.Requirements of this position include:
High School Diploma or GED Ability to take direction & follow instructions from supervisors Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer serviceBenefits:
