Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, and light snacks according to safety standards Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the café area, adhering to proper food handling procedures Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy using basic math skills for sales transactions and register balancing Support food service operations by serving customers quickly while maintaining quality and presentation standards Experience Previous barista experience or background in coffee industry preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail or food service environments Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and basic math for cashiering and retail math tasks Experience in serving or café environments that emphasize quick thinking and multitasking skills Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your passion for coffee and customer care makes a real difference!
