RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-creative positive experiences with our amazing customers Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, refreshers, and energy drinks Creativity is encouraged (coming up with new drinks, processes, product ideas) Provide exceptional service with a friendly and engaging attitude Operate drink equipment and troubleshoot any issues Prepare / bake / cook food for our customers Keep up-date with coffee / drink trends and new brewing / crafting techniques Create latte art and other visually appealing coffee presentations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are willing to train the right candidate, no previous experience necessary Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Excellent communication and teamwork Passion for creating a positive work environment Desire to learn and grow
