Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a waffle baker and coffee barista. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our waffles and espresso drinks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a focus on both customer service and proficiency in a fast-paced work environment. If you have a love for the culinary arts and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of waffles according to established recipes. Decorate waffles with creativity and attention to detail. Focus on sanitary hygiene and protocols to meet food safety standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including dough making Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Participate in catering events as required, showcasing culinary skills in various settings. Experience Previous experience in food production and/or being a barista is preferred. Strong skills in baking and food handling are essential. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Experience in customer service within a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous. Proficiency with espresso equipment is a major plus!
