Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining cash handling accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, dining space, and equipment, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety are upheld at all times. Support team members during busy periods by managing beverage service, serving customers promptly, and ensuring smooth operations. Requirements Previous food service or café experience is preferred; barista experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
