Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas and specialty beverages with consistency and care Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude when they walk in the door. Accurately take orders and operate the Point-of-sale system Maintain a clean, organized and stoked work environment Follow food safety and sanitation standards Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Open and/or close the shop following established procedures Work as part of a team to create an outstanding customer experience Qualifications Must be 16 years old Positive attitude Reliable and punctual Handle stress of a high fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required- we're happy to train the right person.
