• Has a genuine interest in coffee and ability to discuss different types and customizations
• Having existing barista experience is a plus
• Has flexibility to work multiple shifts/weekends

Customer Service/ Sales:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers with questions including product selection, availability, and pricing. Take orders, process sales and handle cash and credit card transactions. Wrap and bag purchases efficiently.

Inventory Management & Store Maintenance:

Restock shelves and displays with merchandise. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, & other daily general cleaning tasks. Ensure proper product display and presentation. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock. Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments. (Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion)

Barista Specific Duties:

Prepare and serve food, coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipe. Operate espresso machine and other kitchen equipment. Ensure the store & coffee shop area is clean and hygienic. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols. Handle incoming phone calls
