Job Duties Prepare all hot drinks including espresso drinks, hot chocolate and coffee Prepare all food items on the menu including milkshakes and smoothies Sell food, beverages, and snacks and provide information as needed Maintain cleanliness of store, especially counter space Stock retail shelves, bottled beverages, condiments and paper goods Keep customer areas clean and organized Provide excellent customer service by exceeding guests' expectations Keep restaurant tidy Keep condiments, cups, flatware and self-serve dispensers stocked and cleaned Operate cash resister/computer to record all transactions Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses. Ability to work with diverse groups and ages of people Excellent understanding of teamwork and communication with peers and supervisors. Ability to work with diverse groups and ages of people Basic barista skills. Serve safe certified. TIPS training preferred.
