Settlers Bay Lodge is hiring server assistants and bar backs to help keep our floor and bar operations running like clockwork. From resetting tables to restocking the bar, you'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps the guest experience smooth, efficient, and polished. This is a seasonal position with real potential—whether you're looking to gain experience, cross-train, or grow into a full-time role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Clear and reset tables with speed and precision Keep the bar and service areas stocked, clean, and ready for action Run food, water tables, and assist with guest requests Support the bar team with stocking, setup, and light service needs Handle general housekeeping—trash, sweeping, polishing, organizing Bring the energy, hustle, and team-first attitude every shift

What We're Looking For:

Must be 21+ to perform barback duties Able to move quickly, stay organized, and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for what needs to get done Excellent communication and customer service skills Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
