Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and food handling, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including checking identification for age verification. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and food handling practices is essential.
