Prepare and serve a selection of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash, card and room transactions accurately using a Micros POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Assist in beverage recipe development to keep our offerings fresh and exciting Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs to management Support bar management by adhering to responsible alcohol service policies and verifying guest IDs Requirements Proven experience in bartending or mixology within the hospitality or food service industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail recipes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests effectively Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Experience working in fine dining or banquet settings is preferred Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy weekend shifts seamlessly Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations This dynamic role invites energetic individuals eager to bring their bartending expertise to life while providing top-tier service.
