Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and beverage options with enthusiasm. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols. Mix and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, in line with safety standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards for food safety. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights, banquets, or special events like nightclubs or catering functions. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Previous experience in nightclub, banquet, catering, or retail math environments is advantageous.
