As a key player in our dynamic bar team, you'll contribute to the warm and lively atmosphere at our Bar, Pool, and Restaurant outlets, crafting a range of creative cocktails and engaging with guests to enhance their stay. The Grand Life is calling—come share it with us! As a Bartender , your role will be essential to creating an enjoyable and personalized bar experience for each guest. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, from signature cocktails to classic wines and beers, all while maintaining a well-organized and fully stocked bar. Your expertise and warm demeanor will help to create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and delighted.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation :
Skillfully mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring each is served according to recipe and presentation standards.
Customer Engagement :
Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences, using their names whenever possible to personalize their experience.
Inventory & Supply Management :
Maintain an organized bar area, restocking supplies and keeping track of inventory for efficient operations.
Menu Knowledge & Specials :
Stay informed about daily specials, highlight unique offerings, and engage guests with suggestions to enhance their experience.
Cleanliness & Safety :
Adhere to food and beverage regulations, responsible alcohol service standards, and maintain a clean and inviting workspace.
ABC Compliance :
Observe all Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) board regulations, ensuring responsible and compliant alcohol service at all times.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); one to three months of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
