Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy hours or events like banquets and catering functions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or upscale venues. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and basic math for cash handling. Previous experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles is a plus; banquet or catering experience is beneficial.
