Featuring dynamic cocktail and wine program, this space is primed to continue to offer high end hospitality and world class food and beverage to our guests. We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and hospitality will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including processing payments and giving change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to increase sales and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or nightclub nights. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits. Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Experience in beverage recipe development and creative drink presentation. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol service regulations. Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and special event hours as required in a lively nightclub or banquet environment.
