The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Operate Clover POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking usage. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with banquet services or catering events as required. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar or dining area. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Proven sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations within the food industry. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. A background in hospitality or retail math can enhance your candidacy.
