The Wonder Club is looking for a warm, creative, and dependable Lead Wonder Guide to join our Wonder Paths Homeschool Enrichment Program for students in K-4th grade ! This is a very part-time position — approximately 12 hours per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. It could be a great fit for an educator looking for a small, meaningful role outside of a traditional classroom setting. Our Lead Wonder Guide will work alongside me to: Lead small-group learning activities Guide hands-on projects, discussions & investigations Support students of different ages and ability levels Help manage routines, transitions & student engagement Create a positive and encouraging learning environment Confidently step in and lead the group when needed We'd love someone with: A background in education, child development, or a related field Teaching or classroom experience preferred Experience working with elementary-aged children Strong group management skills A patient, flexible & encouraging personality A love for hands-on, creative learning! Wonder Paths isn't a traditional classroom. Our days are built around hands-on learning, projects, exploration, creativity, collaboration and meaningful small-group experiences.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 per week
