• Welcome/greet guests and know regulars by name, preference and needs Be knowledgeable on wine, brands of beer, specialty cocktails and liquor (as well as the ingredients for the most common cocktails) Know and inform guests about specialty drinks, as well as answer questions about our delicious menu Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations Maintain a clean and safe work area Deliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner You need to be: Outgoing, hospitable, ready to make friends, and give great service behind the bar. You should possess at least two years of bartending experience, and be of age to serve alcoholic beverages. It's important you're comfortable with a fast pace environment, handle money accurately, and operate our point-of-sale system. The position requires excellent English communication skills. You must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 35 pounds. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work weekends and some holidays.
