Job Overview We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar, crafting delicious drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. If you love mixing drinks, engaging with people, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep our drink menu fresh and exciting. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver seamless service during events or busy nights. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine types, and beverage recipes. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing tabs accurately.
