• Saturday. Arrive at 4:30pm. Close at 8:30/9pm. The pay is $60 per shift plus tips from customers and tip out from servers. Responsibilities
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and attentiveness
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the drink menu with detailed descriptions of wines, cocktails, & beer
• Function in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets high standards
• Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with server staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area Requirements
• Prior experience in fine dining bartender service is recommended
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairing & popular cocktails, is required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding high service standards
