Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales. Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking promptly. Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving accurate change. Support food service operations when needed by serving food items or assisting in catering events such as banquets or nightclub functions. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies while managing guest safety and preventing over-service. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Skills Proven experience in bartending Strong mixology skills with expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, and spirits knowledge. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience in food handling, food safety standards, catering services, and banquet operations is highly desirable. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and understanding of hospitality industry standards. Previous restaurant or retail experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments is preferred. Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible beverage service practices to ensure guest safety at all times.
