The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires strong time management skills to efficiently handle high-volume service during peak hours. Experience in fine dining is preferable. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking. Uphold a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests in a friendly manner. Skills Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and increase revenue. Previous fine dining experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Familiarity with food service operations Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with guests.
