Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation and service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Assist with banquet services or special events as needed, ensuring all guests receive top-notch service. Stay informed about new products, trends in the beverage industry, and local regulations regarding alcohol service. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficient in cash handling and retail math to manage transactions effectively. Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
