Duties All bar operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience. Oversee POS systems such as "Square" accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and alcohol licensing laws while managing kitchen and bar safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, Kitchen operations within casual dining or fine dining settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as "Square" for efficient transaction processing. Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, food handling, and food safety management practices. Excellent team management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams in restaurant or bar environments. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling Will be required to handle food, make sandwiches, multitask with Cooking hot pressed sandwiches and mixing drinks. Total bar seating is 25 not a large place to manage 3 tables 13 bar seats
