- We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional service to patrons in a fast-paced environment.
- Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, answering questions about drink selections, and providing recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions to provide seamless service.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles involving cash handling and food handling.
- Familiarity with operating cash registers and processing transactions efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.
- Experience in catering or fine dining settings is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
