About us New Province Brewing Company is a craft brewery and taproom located in Rogers, Arkansas offering traditional and uniquely styled beers. We are fun, social and our goal is to offer our customers the best possible experience that revolves around our love for craft beer.

Growth opportunities Competitive pay Positive Interaction New Province Brewing Company in Roger, AR is seeking a Beertender (Bartender). This position requires someone with a passion for customer service, a positive outlook, strong work ethic, an interest in craft beer.Daily Duties, Functions, Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Foster a welcoming environment of excitement around craft beer
- Properly serve a selection of craft beers, cider and wine
- Effectively communicate New Province offerings and recommend craft beers to consumers.
- Educate customers about craft beer
- Represent New Province with enthusiasm
- Effectively use Square P.O.S. system
- Handle cash and complete customer transactions quickly and efficiently
- Maintain/clean bar, back bar, restrooms, storage, customer seating and associated areas
- Change kegs, organize beer coolers
- Keep retail area clean, organized and stocked
- Maintain, clean, and bus tables
- Responsibly serve and work around alcohol products
- Work effectively as a member of the service team
- Accomplish other tasks as needed Skills/Experience desired:
- Excellent Customer Service
- At least 1 year serving/bartending experience or equivalent skills (preferred)
- Passion for people
- Love of craft beer
- Cicerone Certified Beer Server (preferred)
- Effective communicator
- Knowledge of craft beer styles and brewing process
- Interest in beer education
- Ability to lift heavy objects, +50lbs safely
- Ability to work safely in brewery environment
- Work efficiently and stay focused in high volume situations
- Passion for community engagement
Schedule:
20-30hrs/wk. Evening and weekend availability required. Compensation is hourly wage plus tips. Current average is above $20/hr.Benefits Include:
