Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner to enhance their lounge experience while taking orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Manage bar inventory efficiently, track stock levels, and place orders to maintain adequate supplies for busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, perform cashiering duties, and process payments with precision. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events such as banquets or nightclub functions. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by monitoring guest consumption and ensuring a safe environment for all patrons. Skills Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods. Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs. Experience in food safety practices, food handling, and proper beverage preparation techniques. Knowledge of the food industry, including catering, banquet experience, brewing processes, and retail math for sales transactions. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management. Previous restaurant experience or retail math skills that demonstrate your ability to work swiftly while maintaining attention to detail.
