DESCRIPTION
: Responsible for serving the guests' food, drinks, and snacks on the golf course. Shall represent the club in a professional and exemplary manner and promote the success of the club to guests, staff, and any other parties.

We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards:
Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye. Must have a working knowledge of drinks, snacks, and prepared foods available on the refreshment cart, including pricing structure. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management. Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by providing proper change to guests and accurately completing end-of-shift paperwork. Receives inventory and moves and lifts food and beverage products and supplies. Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the outlet. Cleans and stocks work area. Assists with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Food Service worker license. Must fully understand the POS system and all related programs. Hold yourself, your supervisors, and your co-workers to the highest standards. Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved. Know the menu and bar drinks, including, pricing and ingredients.

: Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes.
