Server / Bartender Alexander's Greek Kitchen 13014 N Saguaro Blvd #101, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268 Alexander's Greek Kitchen is a well-established Greek restaurant located in the heart of Fountain Hills. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. We take pride in providing excellent food, quality service, and a welcoming dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in both a dining room and bar environment.

Bartender Shifts:

Primarily evenings, typically 4:00 PM-9:00

PM Pay:

$16 -$18 per hour + tips

Schedule:

Part-time; additional hours may be available based on business needs Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests Take accurate food and beverage orders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain knowledge of our menu, cocktails, wine, and beer selections Make recommendations and answer guest questions Process guest checks and payments accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area Communicate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant team Follow all responsible alcohol service and restaurant safety procedures Create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest Qualifications Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages Strong customer-service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality Reliable and punctual Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to work as part of a team Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus tips Opportunity for additional hours Friendly and professional work environment Established restaurant with a loyal local clientele Weekend availability is required and the position is Thursday-Sunday If you are an experienced server or bartender who takes pride in providing excellent service and enjoys working with people, we would love to hear from you!
