Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Part Time (weekends required) Bartender for the AM shift to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests. As a key member of our bar staff, you will craft and serve a variety of drinks, take and serve breakfast, manage POS transactions efficiently, and ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons. Duties Take/Serve Breakfast orders, Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Operate POS system, Agilysys, to process cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy weekend AM shifts while adhering to all safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Previous experience in fine dining, nightlife venues, or catering environments is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Current Food Safe Card, TIPS. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed during shifts. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
