Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cashing out guests efficiently. Engage with guests to promote specials, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience through excellent customer service. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste and controlling costs. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Clover; experience with cash handling is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during busy hours. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits selection. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions. Previous experience in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
