You will be responsible for… Sell and serve concessions, including food, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Provide friendly and professional customer service to patrons. Operate a cash register/POS system and accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Handle assigned cash funds and maintain accurate sales transactions and records. Restock food, beverages, condiments, and other concession supplies as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary concession area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and alcohol-service requirements. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during performances and events. Perform other related duties as assigned. What skills & experience you'll bring to us High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must obtain an Arizona Food Handler's Card and Arizona Title 4 certification within 30 days of hire. Excellent customer service skills. Must have basic working knowledge of food and beverage. Must have basic math skills to accurately count and handle money. Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
