Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and food items. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to excite our patrons and keep the menu fresh. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash handling duties, process payments securely, and balance registers at shift end. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with strong mixology skills. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders seamlessly. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
