Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the bar area through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of bar tools and surfaces Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from guest areas promptly to ensure a tidy environment Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, kegs, or trash disposal with proper safety procedures Support food handling and preparation processes in compliance with food service bar safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing Ensure adherence to food service industry standards, including beverage service protocols and venue safety regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Knowledge of bar cleaning, food handling, and venue beverage service procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cashiering and order management Experience in catering, banquet service, or event venues is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Commitment to food industry standards including food safety compliance and alcohol service regulations Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
