Craft cocktail and rum knowledge preferred, but we're willing to teach. Bar service only, we don't serve food at all. Open everyday 4pm-1am. As a Bartender, you'll create welcoming guest experiences by preparing and serving beverages with care, accuracy, and energy. You'll use your knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to guide selections, support sales, and keep service moving smoothly. This role suits someone with strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to safe food and beverage handling. Responsibilities Prepare and serve drinks using established recipes; apply mixology skills and support beverage recipe development. Welcome guests, explain beverage options, make recommendations, and provide attentive service in coordination with the restaurant team. Process orders through point-of-sale (POS) systems, including POS where used; handle cash transactions and complete basic math accurately. Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow food safety and food handling practices. Monitor supplies and communicate needs to support efficient bar operations.
