Job Description
Old Ellsworth Brewing Company is hiring a qualified candidate to join our team as a Beertender (with food service experience). Do you like to work hard in an fast-paced environment, have fun and contribute to building a company and community, and love craft beer? - These hours are not flexible. Sunday 4-Close Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4-Close Saturday 10am-4pm We are seeking individuals with the following skills:
- Strong sense of ownership and relentless pursuit of knowledge and skill relating to the service of craft beer.
- Ability to work quickly, problem solve and think on your feet while maintaining poise in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, dependable and well presented.
- Desire to educate others and share your beer and food passion with guests, employees and vendors.
- Coachability, passion for the service industry, desire to be part of a team and work hard. Above all, you must believe that the customer's experience is paramount.
- Open availability is required.
- Current Maricopa County approved food handler's card and Title 4 liquor certification a must!
