This isn't your typical barista or bartender position. Our Taproom & Coffee Bar Crew Members wear several hats throughout a shift. You'll prepare espresso beverages, welcome guests, explain our self-pour tap wall, recommend beers and wines, prepare small food items, and create an environment where customers feel like regulars. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, dependable, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. Responsibilities Coffee Bar Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and Lotus Energy drinks Maintain coffee bar cleanliness and organization Restock syrups, milk, cups, and supplies Ensure drink quality and consistency Taproom Welcome guests and explain how our self-pour tap wall works Verify IDs and monitor responsible alcohol service Make craft beer, cider, and wine recommendations Answer questions about featured beverages Change kegs when needed (training provided) Keep the tap wall clean and inviting Guest Experience Deliver exceptional customer service Build relationships with regular customers Create a welcoming atmosphere Resolve guest concerns with professionalism Food & Operations Prepare and serve small bites Keep dining areas clean Restock products Complete closing duties Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions We're looking for someone who: Loves talking with people Has a positive, energetic attitude Enjoys learning about coffee and craft beverages Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Is dependable and punctual Works well independently and with a team Is willing to learn new skills Previous coffee or restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Pay:

$12.15 - $15.15 per hour
