Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business Manage bar inventory, including stock levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; assist with ordering supplies as needed Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand our drink menu Handle cash processing, credit card transactions, and balancing registers at shift end with precision Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or nightclubs Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments; previous bar management experience is a plus Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits industry trends Familiarity with POS systems including Toast for order processing and cash handling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods; strong multitasking skills are essential Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting unique cocktails or specialty drinks Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as change-making, inventory counts, and sales tracking Previous experience working in hospitality environments like restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Valid certifications related to responsible alcohol service (where applicable) Join us to bring your passion for mixology and hospitality into a lively setting where every day offers new opportunities to delight guests!

Pay:

$23.11 - $27.84 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
